At ooMoo kids we are extremely proud of our products and hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, or it is defective or damaged, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement.
All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, being unused and undamaged within 14 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item at your own cost, alternatively, if your item is damaged or defective we will arrange for the return freight costs.
ooMoo kids is committed to keeping your details confidential and secure. Personal information collected by ooMoo kids is treated as confidential and will not be given out to any other organisation or business.
We are pleased to offer a one year warranty on all our products, covering manufacture defects only. This does not cover ‘wear and tear’ of a product from everyday use.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Note: Sale Price Adjustment - If an item purchased is offered at a lower (Sale) price within 7 days of your original purchase (via oomookids website only), you may receive a one-time price adjustment. We are unable to offer further price adjustments on items originally purchased in a sale, should they be marked down further.
